By train – This is the best way! If arriving by train, purchase your ticket to Manorbier train station, which is just 200m from the site entrance. A marshal will be waiting for you when the train arrives to walk you to the festival. If traveling from Swansea, Cardiff, Bristol or London areas you will just have the one change in Swansea, making for an easy journey down.

By car – follow directions to Shipping Hill Farm, The Ridgeway, Manorbier, Tenby, Pembrokeshire, SA70 8LE. When you get closer to the festival, you will spot direction signs. Please make sure to purchase your car park ticket before you arrive

The Westival gates open at 12:00 Thursday 6th June. Once in, you are free to leave the site at any time, but you will only be allowed back in between the opening hours each day.

The festival ends on Monday 10th June, and we ask that all festival-goers leave site by 13:00 at the latest.

The car park will be open 24 hours from 12:00 on Thursday 20th July till close at 13:00 on Monday 25th July.

If in the unfortunate instance Westival is forced to postpone to later in the year or the following year due to COVID-19, all tickets will be eligible for the new date. If you are unable to make the new dates, we will ensure a face value refund of your ticket.

Day Tickets will be available nearer the date of the festival, once day splits have been released.

If entering with a day ticket:

- you will be required to leave the festival site when the music finishes

- you will not be able to enter the festival with any booze

- no re-entries are permitted

Only locals living within a Pembrokeshire postcode area will be eligible for the discounted locals ticket. You will be asked for proof of address upon entry. For example, a drivers licence showing your address will be valid.

Music will start and end at the times below:

THURSDAY: 12:00 - 00:00

FRIDAY: 10:00 - 03:00

SATURDAY: 10:00 - 03:00

SUNDAY: 10:00 - 00:00

A programme with set times and site map will be available on site from registration.

Yes, there will be showers available in the campsites for all festival goers for a small fee. Remember your own towels and toiletries!

Unfortunately not. Any open fires or naked flames are prohibited at Westival for safety reasons. There will be no shortage of great hot food over the weekend from our on site stalls.

Gazebos fall under prohibited items and will not be permitted at Westival due to size of site.

- BBQs

- Firepits

- Chinese Lanterns

- Laughing gas

- Illegal substances

- Glass

- Alcohol outside of permitted allowance

- Soundsystems- Animals

- Any object deemed as a weapon

- Gazebos

If any of these items are found on site or in the car park they will be confiscated. If any illegal substances are found, you may be handed over to the police.

No, unfortunately animals are not permitted on site. If you need to bring a guide dog please get in touch at hello@westival.wales

No, please think about your fellow campers. There will be plenty of music over the weekend starting from 10:00 and finishing at 03:00 most nights!

Yes, festival goers can leave the site at any time but you will only be allowed back in between gate opening times each day.

Westival is proud to offer a great range of street food stalls with plenty of vegan and gluten free options. There is something for everyone!

Unfortunately, day ticket holders will not be permitted to camp.

Westival will be operating card only, however some vendors and stalls may accept cash. There will be no ATM’s on site.

Westival is a small, independent festival with limited numbers of attendees and low ticket price, therefore we have to operate a limit on alcohol brought into the site. This ensures we can generate enough revenue from the bar to keep us going for future years. Don’t worry though, as the bar will serve a variety of drinks at very reasonable prices! We have permitted the following personal allowance to be brought into the festival:

8 cans of beer/lager/cider

OR

2.25 litre box of wine per person

No spirits are allowed

You will receive your ticket 3 days before the event via email.

lYes, parking will be available at the festival and tickets can be purchased here. If the maximum length of your car exceeds 6m there will be an additional fee of £20.

Yes, there will be a section for campervans at the festival, however showers or electric won't be supplied. If the maximum length of your camper exceeds 8m there will be an additional fee of £30. You can purchase campervan spots here.

Yes, there will be a limited number of glamping options available. You will be able to book those soon via our website!

Westival is strictly 18+, you must bring your ID to enter the festival. If you arrive with a ticket and are under 18, you will not be refunded.

You are not permitted to sleep or drink in your car park due to licensing reasons. All weekend tickets come with free camping. If you are found to be drinking in the car park, your alcohol will be confiscated.

If you can no longer attend Westival and wish to sell your ticket, you can do so via Tixel, our official resale partner.  

Please never buy tickets privately as your ticket will not be valid against your name. 

Ticket scamming has increased in recent years, so please make sure you only buy and sell through Tixel to avoid potentially purchasing a fake ticket.

Refunds are only available once the event sells out. You can, however, resell your ticket on Tixel, our official resale partner. 

If you arrive past the arrival of your day ticket, you will still be able to gain entry, but you may need to pay a small surcharge.

For Example, if you arrive at 3pm with a last entry 2pm ticket, you will need to pay the ticket price difference.

The shuttle bus runs from 10am, with the last bus back at 2pm.

Please don't miss the last bus back!

Unfortunately, we can not offer electricity with a Campervan ticket.

Local discount is offered to those who live in Pembrokeshire. If purchasing a local ticket, you will be required to show ID with proof this on arrival. Anyone that can't, will need to pay the difference compared to a non-discounted ticket.

Westival is strictly 18+. ID will be checked on entry.
