Tickets

Weekend tickets for Westival 2018 include 3 nights of camping and can be purchased here.

Opening Hours

The festival will be open from 12:00pm (midday) on the 31st of August and will be closed again at 12:00pm (midday) on the 3rd of September. Anyone who has purchased a weekend ticket will also be permitted to camp.

Music will commence on Friday afternoon at 14:00 and finish at 02:00.

On Saturday the music will begin at 10:00 and finish at 2:00.

On Sunday the music will begin at 10:00 and will finish at 00:00 (midnight).

Age Restrictions

Westival is strictly an aged 18+ event. We operate a challenge 25 policy meaning that if you are lucky enough to appear under the age of 25, you will be asked to provide valid ID.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds to those refused entry on the day.

Illegal Drugs

Westival does not condone the use or possession of any illegal substances. Security will carry out strict searches on anyone entering the festival; guests, staff, volunteers and also artists.

Anyone who refuses a search will be refused entry.

Disabled Access

Westival caters greatly for disabled people and any helpers they may need.

If you feel like you require disabled access please E-Mail us at hello@westival.wales and we can provide you with one free ticket for someone you may require for help.

Travel

We highly recommend that you ride the train to Westival. Manorbier train station is situated just 200m away from the festival entrance. Train times can be found on the National Rail website, allowing you to time your journey as best as possible. Stewards will be waiting at the station to guide you to the festival site when your train arrives.

If you arrive by car please keep an eye out for our signs. The full address is Shipping Hill Farm, The Ridgeway, Manorbier, Tenby, SA70 8LE. If you're arriving from the East we recommend you follow our delivery instructions.

Parking & Campervans

If you’d prefer to bring your car along to Westival please try and car share to reduce your carbon footprint. Car parking tickets can be purchased in advance on our website for just £5 or £10 on the door.

Campervans will be allowed on site where there will be a specific area for you to park and sleep. However, there will be no electric hook up point. Campervan tickets can also be purchased on our website for £10 in advance or £20 on the door.

Alcohol

There will be a bar serving up numerous different ice cold beverages for very reasonable prices.

Alcohol can be brought into the festival site however the personal alcohol allowance is a crate of 15 cans or a 2 litre box of wine. No spirits will be allowed onto site. Any excess or non-compliance alcohol will be confiscated at the gate.

There is no glass to be brought on site so please do not bring bottles.

If you’re one to dismantle the ring pull from the top of your can please make sure it goes in the bin. Livestock will be put back into the field after the festival and it can seriously harm them if they were to eat it.

Food

There will be numerous local food vendors serving up a variety of different dishes with plenty of veggie and vegan options available.

You are permitted to bring some of your own food into the festival site. However, personal fires, stoves and other cooking devices will not be allowed onto the site due to health and safety restrictions and fire safety.

  • Chinese/sky lanterns
  • Flares
  • Sound systems
  • Reflective jackets
  • Excessive amounts of food
  • Any animals apart from guide or hearing dogs
